Mount your Stills Camera on top of the helmet and the GoPro 5,6 or 7 on the forehead section. The GoPro mounts upside down and quickly slides in and out to access the bottom of the camera. There are different camera positions for the stills camera, more forward or backward on the plate to adapt to different lens lenghs.

The entire mount is quick removable within 2 seconds if screwed to the Zkulls3N attachment system.
